Introduction
My objective is to continue expanding both my experience and my horizons, and complete the move from supplying high quality technical services on smaller projects to participating at all levels in larger and more complex projects, while maintaining the same quality of technical advice. While this has necessarily required an improvement in project management and related skills, I believe I can provide the best value to both a client and my employer in a technical role.
One of the greatest values I bring to my colleagues and environment is not simple knowledge and experience, but the ability to inspire confidence in others, particularly in their own innate abilities, simply by acting as a reference point and counsellor.
